Digital Product Refund Policy

TailorScan Forge is operated by TailorScan LLC. Our products are digital downloads; no physical items are shipped or returned.

If your download is missing, damaged, or does not match its description, email tailorscanllc@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the problem. We will help restore access or provide a corrected file. If we cannot resolve the issue, we will refund the affected purchase.

Accidental duplicate purchases are eligible for a refund of the duplicate charge.

Except where required by applicable law, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds once download access has been provided. Please review the product description and compatibility requirements before purchasing.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.
