Terms of Service

TailorScan Forge is operated by TailorScan LLC. Questions about purchases or downloads can be sent to tailorscanllc@gmail.com.

Products and payment
We sell digital tools, templates, and checklists as described on each product page. Purchases are one-time payments with no recurring subscription. Prices are in USD unless checkout shows another currency. Applicable taxes are displayed at checkout.

License
Your purchase permits internal use within one business, including use by its employees. You may customize the templates and print copies for that business. You may not resell, sublicense, publicly distribute, or share the downloadable files with other businesses or clients.

Compatibility
Products are ZIP downloads containing HTML files and instructions for use in a current desktop Safari or Chrome browser. Calculator inputs are not saved; print or otherwise retain results you need.

Use and results
These products provide general business organization and calculation tools. They do not include automated outreach, CRM integration, custom consulting, or professional legal, tax, or financial advice. Verify your inputs and results before making decisions. We do not guarantee revenue, profit, or other financial outcomes.

Delivery and refunds
Our Digital Delivery Policy and Refund Policy apply to purchases. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Changes to these terms apply prospectively and do not reduce rights attached to earlier purchases.
