One-time $19 USD · local HTML/JavaScript ZIP. Extract the ZIP and open START_HERE.html in a current desktop browser; keep core.js and app.js alongside it. No cloud subscription, account, payment movement, tenant communication, vendor dispatch, secure identity verification or automated AI functions. Device-specific local-file opening varies; browser viewport behavior was tested.

Important limitations: This is NOT a tenant portal, emergency response system, safety or repair diagnosis tool, legally binding signature system, accounting or contract software, or a secure multiuser audit log. Self-reported names are not verified identity; local exports can be changed. Do not enter tenant names, access codes or other sensitive information. For potentially urgent safety and habitability situations, use the owner's separately approved emergency procedure immediately.

Single-business internal-use license. Requires human verification for approvals, contractor suitability, scope, insurance, regulatory duties, schedules and costs. Not a guarantee of reduced expenses or improved response times.
